These Terms of Use (\u201cTerms<\/strong>\u201d) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (\u201cUser<\/strong>,\u201d \u201cyou<\/strong>,\u201d or \u201cyour<\/strong>\u201d) and INTELLIGENXE<\/strong> (\u201cINTELLIGENXE<\/strong>,\u201d \u201cwe<\/strong>,\u201d \u201cus<\/strong>,\u201d or \u201cour<\/strong>\u201d) governing your access to and use of our website, the \u201cStrategist\u201d platform, and any related software, tools, content, and services (collectively, the \u201cPlatform<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Subject to your compliance with these Terms, INTELLIGENXE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for lawful, internal, and informational purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You shall not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Use the Platform to build a competing product or service<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without authorization<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      3. Informational Use Only; No Professional Advice<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The Platform, including all outputs generated by \u201cStrategist,\u201d is provided solely for informational and educational purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Nothing contained on or generated by the Platform constitutes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Investment advice<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Financial advice<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Legal advice<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Strategic, operational, or professional advisory services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        INTELLIGENXE is not a registered broker, dealer, investment advisor, or fiduciary. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any information before relying on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4. No Offer or Solicitation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Nothing on the Platform constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or otherwise transact in securities or financial instruments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        5. AI-Generated Content and Accuracy Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        The Platform utilizes generative artificial intelligence and third-party large language models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        You acknowledge and agree that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The Platform may generate \u201challucinated\u201d or fabricated information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Outputs are probabilistic and not deterministic<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The Platform is experimental and continuously evolving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          INTELLIGENXE makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of any output.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          You agree not to rely on the Platform as a sole source of truth or decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          6. User Inputs and Data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          6.1 Non-Confidentiality<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          You acknowledge that any information, data, or content submitted to the Platform (\u201cUser Input<\/strong>\u201d):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • May not be treated as confidential<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • May be transmitted to third-party service providers, including AI model providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • May be processed in ways not fully controlled or known by INTELLIGENXE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            You agree not to submit any sensitive, confidential, proprietary, or regulated data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            6.2 License to Use Inputs<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            You grant INTELLIGENXE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, transmit, and analyze User Input solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            7. Third-Party Services and Content<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            The Platform may incorporate or link to third-party websites, data sources, APIs, or services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            INTELLIGENXE:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Does not control or endorse third-party content<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Makes no representations regarding its accuracy or legality<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Disclaims all liability arising from your use of such third-party services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              References to third parties do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n\n\n\n

              8. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              8.1 Ownership<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              The Platform, including all software, design, text, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by INTELLIGENXE or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              8.2 Content License<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              Unless otherwise specified, content provided by INTELLIGENXE is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              8.3 Restrictions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              Except as expressly permitted, you may not use INTELLIGENXE\u2019s trademarks, branding, or proprietary materials without prior written consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              9. Privacy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              INTELLIGENXE does not guarantee the confidentiality or security of any information transmitted through the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              While the Platform does not intentionally deploy cookies, certain technical data (e.g., logs, session data) may be collected as part of normal operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Use of the Platform is at your own risk with respect to data privacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              10. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED \u201cAS IS\u201d<\/strong> AND \u201cAS AVAILABLE\u201d<\/strong>, WITH ALL FAULTS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
