If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms govern the Website only. INTELLIGENXE\u2019s platforms are governed by their own separate terms \u2014 see \u00a77.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Eligibility and Authority<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You represent and warrant that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are using the Website on behalf of an entity, you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Permitted Use of the Website<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subject to your compliance with these Terms, and subject to the open license in \u00a75, INTELLIGENXE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Website for lawful and informational purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Except for content expressly licensed under CC BY 4.0 in \u00a75, which you may use on that license\u2019s terms, you shall not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without authorization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the Website in violation of any applicable law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any information before relying on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Analyses, evaluations, projections, and other content on the Website \u2014 including descriptions of the potential benefits or performance of the innovations described in \u00a75 \u2014 may contain forward-looking statements and estimates that involve significant uncertainty. Forward-looking statements are not guarantees of future performance, and actual outcomes may differ materially from those expressed or implied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing on the Website is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and none of it should be relied upon as the basis for any investment decision. Open Innovations: OFIP, OPTIMAL FUND, AI-TRADER, and WSP<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INTELLIGENXE\u2019s four innovations \u2014 <strong>OFIP<\/strong>, <strong>OPTIMAL FUND<\/strong>, <strong>AI-TRADER<\/strong>, and the <strong>WALL STREET PROTOCOL (WSP)<\/strong> \u2014 are open source. Their documentation and digital archives are published on the Website and are disclosed there in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The content published on the Website describing these four innovations is provided by INTELLIGENXE under the <strong>Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0)<\/strong>. You are free to share and adapt that content, including for commercial purposes, provided you give appropriate credit to INTELLIGENXE, provide a link to the license, and indicate whether changes were made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INTELLIGENXE has publicly disclosed the provisional patent applications underlying OFIP and OPTIMAL FUND, and does not assert those applications, or any patent rights arising from them, against any person who implements, uses, or builds upon these four innovations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This section applies to the content published on the Website describing these four innovations. It does not apply to any other content on the Website, to INTELLIGENXE\u2019s platforms (\u00a77), or to INTELLIGENXE\u2019s trademarks and branding (\u00a78).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Consulting Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INTELLIGENXE offers consulting and advisory engagements. Content on the Website describing those services is marketing material only. It is not an offer, a proposal, or a commitment to perform work, and it does not describe the terms on which any engagement would be performed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any consulting engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by INTELLIGENXE and the client. In the absence of such an agreement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No advisory, consulting, fiduciary, or professional relationship is created by your use of the Website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No engagement exists, and no services are owed to you<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nothing on the Website may be relied upon as advice given to you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Other INTELLIGENXE Properties<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Website links to two platforms owned by INTELLIGENXE. Neither is governed by these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strategist<\/strong> \u2014 INTELLIGENXE\u2019s proprietary platform, hosted at <a href=\"https:\/\/strategist.intelligenxe.com\">https:\/\/strategist.intelligenxe.com<\/a>, including any path or subpage with this base URL, and at any successor, associated, or redirected URL, together with all related software, models, tools, content, outputs, and services. Your access to and use of Strategist is governed by the Strategist Platform Terms of Use at <a href=\"https:\/\/strategist.intelligenxe.com\/terms\">https:\/\/strategist.intelligenxe.com\/terms<\/a>, which you accept when you register for an account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strategist-OSS<\/strong> \u2014 a different and independent open-source platform, published in the INTELLIGENXE GitHub organization at <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/intelligenxe\">github.com\/intelligenxe<\/a>. Any person who uses, copies, or contributes to Strategist-OSS is subject to the <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/intelligenxe\/.github\/blob\/main\/LEGAL\/CONTRIBUTOR_TERMS.md\">Contributor Terms and Conditions<\/a> and to the license stated in the applicable repository.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in these Terms grants you any right in Strategist or in Strategist-OSS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8.1 Ownership<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Except as expressly provided in \u00a75, the Website, including all software, design, text, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by INTELLIGENXE or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8.2 Restrictions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by the CC BY 4.0 license in \u00a75, you may not use INTELLIGENXE\u2019s trademarks, branding, or proprietary materials without prior written consent. Trademark rights are not licensed under CC BY 4.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Privacy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INTELLIGENXE does not guarantee the confidentiality or security of any information transmitted through the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While the Website does not intentionally deploy cookies, certain technical data (e.g., logs, session data) may be collected as part of normal operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use of the Website is at your own risk with respect to data privacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11.
