One of the natural roles of InternetFundManager.com, Inc. is to facilitate the interaction between investment banks that deal with Internet companies. Currently, we are developing a distribution infrastructure/syndicate consisting of a network of various investment banks. We strive to enhance their communication and collaboration, including in the placement of equity offerings. We intend to use our expertise in the Internet industry to control the quality of their client companies for corporate finance deals.

If you are an investment bank, we are interested in learning about your Internet corporate finance deals. If your deals would pass our due diligence tests, we could help placing them by referring them to the sales forces of our network of investment banks and their syndicated relationships.
